- Documents were signed on my behalf via a DocuSign account tied to my email.
- I was unaware and need to view the documents plus a direct contact number.
There were some documents signed on my behalf from an Docusign account that was opened using my email address. I was not aware of this until I got 2 emails saying documents completed not do I give anyone permission to do this. I still need to get the documents that were signed to view them and need a number to call to speak to someone directly.

- Credit card works on other accounts, but not this one.
- Moving to Adobe.
I have been trying to resolve a billing issue for 4 months. It is impossible to reach a person at Docusign.
They use call centers in *** which have no idea of what to do except placate customers over the phone.
It's redicoulous, I use the same credit card on two other accounts with Docusign and this account they can't get it to work. I can't get a perosn on the line.
I am moving to Adobe.
